At Wubby Studio, we want your order to arrive safely and bring a little extra joy when it does.

Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Availability
At this time, Wubby Studio only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are plush, soft goods, and collectible-style products, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order.

We gladly accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wubbystudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Approved replacements will be sent at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal variations in color, texture, or shape
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items marked as final sale or limited release, unless damaged or incorrect

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Wubby Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order appears delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
