What do you sell?
Wubby Studio creates cute, food-inspired plushies, keychains, stickers, pins, and art-based goods designed to bring comfort and everyday joy. Some items may be collectible or released in limited quantities.
Are your products handmade?
Our products are thoughtfully designed by Wubby Studio and produced with trusted manufacturing partners. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur — making each piece uniquely charming.
What size are your plushies?
Plush sizes vary by product and are listed on each product page. Many of our plushies are designed to be pillow-sized, making them perfect for hugging, displaying, or cozy décor.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, while others are released in limited runs. For restock updates and new releases, we recommend joining our email list or following us on social media.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
Where do you ship?
At this time, Wubby Studio only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of plush and soft goods, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help make it right.
